Community Kitchen
Palm Apartments does not have a central, shared community kitchen because every individual unit is an apartment-style dorm that includes its own private, full-sized kitchen.
Laundry
Free in-building laundry is available on each floor with high-efficiency washers and dryers. HE detergent is recommended.
