About This Building
Grand Center is a 10-story, multipurpose building that houses nearly 700 first-year students on its upper five floors. The building includes private study nooks, communal lounges, community kitchen areas, active learning classrooms, program offices, bike storage, and a lower-level shower/changing area. It also features a Sky Park and green space. Starbucks is located on the main level.

Building Features
Laundry
Free in-building laundry is available on the first floor and sixth floor with high-efficiency washers and dryers. HE detergent is recommended.

The community kitchen spaces in the Grand Center at UTampa are located on each of the residence hall floors. Each kitchen features standard modern stoves, ovens, overhead microwaves and full size refrigerator.
