Austin Hall is a nine-story, first-year residence hall on the University of Tampa campus that houses more than 540 students. The building primarily features triple rooms with suite-style shared bathrooms, along with a limited number of double and single rooms. Located next to Delo Park, Austin Hall gives residents convenient access to outdoor space, including seating areas for studying, relaxing, or spending time with friends. Building amenities include a community kitchen, game room, lounge area, and free in-building laundry facilities. Each resident is provided with a desk, chair, wardrobe, and dresser, and the first floor offers direct access to the Vaughn Courtyard.
