• Suites primarily consist of four single bedrooms.

• Each suite includes two shared bathrooms and a common living area.

• First floor has free laundry room, community kitchen with four burner stove, refrigerator, oven, sink and microwaves.

• Second floor has community space and study area.

• Jenkins Hall houses over 520 students.

• The 11th floor is home to two large community rooms with views of Tampa Bay.
